Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 DAYS of the delivery date.

Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 DAYS of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you in this case.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
